Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been processed and shipped, which will include tracking information for real-time updates on the delivery status.

We provide a standard shipping service for all orders that delivers within 1-3 business days, ensuring you receive your products quickly and conveniently. Please note that during peak seasons, delivery times may extend to 5-7 business days. Rest assured, we strive to deliver your orders as promptly as possible, no matter the time of year.

We currently ship to all locations within Pakistan, offering free delivery nationwide to make your shopping experience even more convenient.

For our international customers, we’re happy to ship worldwide! However, international shipping is available on the condition that the customer agrees to cover the shipping costs. Stay tuned, as we plan to introduce more streamlined international delivery options in the future.

In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify customers via email and whatsapp. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate our customers' understanding in such situations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order placement. Ciltreva is not liable for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address,  shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
